As Earth’s 5D Transition is coming closer, one question is prominently running in everyone’s mind and that is How to get ready for the Golden Age or in other words, How do I Prepare myself and my loved ones for the transition and the Golden Age? The answer to this fundamental question lies in almost every religious book in different forms. And the most important part of that instructions is the diet restriction. We all need to take good care of our bodies to get ourselves rid of the negativities and toxins to make ourselves more receptive to nature and strengthen our intuition. Remember Intuition is your true guide and a powerful intuition needs an aligned and healthy body. Here are some more steps to prepare yourself for the Golden Age 1. Practice Fasting:
Fasting helps in allowing the body to heal and it helps us become disciplined, gain self-control, and detoxify the body, and mind to reset.
2. Try to Shift to Consuming Organic Foods Only:
Organic foods support overall health, reduce exposure to potentially harmful chemicals and are environment friendly.
3. Sing, Laugh and Play:
Engaging in activities that bring joy, laughter, and a sense of playfulness can reduce stress, improve mood, and foster a positive outlook on life. Singing helps in reducing stress and opening energy channels in the body.
4. Read Books That Help You Align With Your True Self:
Reading books can be very helpful. Books that provide insights, wisdom, and practical guidance can help us align with our true selves, discover our purpose, and navigate life's challenges easily.
5. Help Those Who Are in Need:
Acts of kindness and generosity contribute to personal fulfilment and a sense of purpose. It's a way to make a positive impact and create a ripple effect of kindness.
6. Do Charity:
Engaging in charitable activities involves contributing resources, time, or effort for the betterment of society and mankind. Charitable acts not only benefit the recipients but also provide a sense of fulfilment and purpose to the giver.
7. Visit Energized Places Such as Meditation Centers, Temples, etc., and Spend Time There Sitting in Peace:
Certain places are considered energetically charged and conducive to inner peace. Visiting meditation centres, temples, or other sacred spaces provides an opportunity to connect with a sense of tranquillity and tap into a higher state of consciousness. Spending time in such environments can be rejuvenating, and spiritually uplifting and often attracts divine blessings.
8. Practice Writing Something:
Writing is a therapeutic practice that allows individuals to express thoughts, emotions, and reflections. It aids in mental clarity, self-discovery, and the processing of emotions.
9. Listen to Wise Men, Elders, and Spiritual People. Learn From Their Teachings and Experiences:
Learning from the wisdom of others, especially those who have gained insights through life experiences, can be invaluable. Listening to teachings from wise individuals, elders, or spiritual leaders provides an opportunity for personal growth, expanded awareness, and a better outlook towards life. 10. Staying away from negative Situations and People This is easier said than done in the modern world, but if you can stay away from negative people and situations, then you must do it. It will save your positive energy from flowing away and negative energy from entering your body. 11. Meditate
